Condo Policies

Minimum stay of one week required.
A deposit amount of 1/2 of the cost is due when booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the stay.
$500 refundable deposit is due at check-in.
$100 cleaning fee is due at check-in.
Check in 2-4pm.
Check out 11am.
This unit is non smoking.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to check-in.
If you have to cancel your reservation the deposit amount is refundable, minus a $100 cancellation fee, up to six weeks prioir to your stay. If you cancel within that last six weeks then we will keep the entire deposit amount.
