We try our best to accomodate all requests, however we reserve the right to alter room assignments if necessary.
A deposit of either one night's cost or 25% of the total stay (whichever is greater) is required for advance reservations.

14 day cancellation policy: If you cancel prior to the last 14 days before your stay we will refund the entire deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the last 14 days we will keep the deposit.
If for some reason you must leave early we will be happy to refund your money only if we can re-rent the room at a non-discounted rate.
Check in is between 2-4 pm, check out must be done by 11am.
Rates posted are for occupancy of either one or two guests only. Additional guests cost extra.
To ensure a pleasant environment to all present and future guests; Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to check-in.
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years old.
