Information & Rental Policies

Accomodations: Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-7)

Condo Policies:

• Minimum stay of one week required.
• A deposit amount of 1/2 of the cost is due when booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the stay.
• $500 refundable deposit is due at check-in
• $100 cleaning fee is due at check-in
• Check in 2-4pm
• Check out 11am
• This unit is non smoking.
• Guests must be at least 25 years old to check-in
• If you have to cancel your reservation the deposit amount is refundable, minus a $100 cancellation fee, up to six weeks prioir to your stay. If you cancel within that last six weeks then we will keep the entire deposit amount.
• Call for special events policies.
• No Pets Allowed
